Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join and established client based in Sheffield and support a dynamic team of 8 within the Legal Services department. Our team works collaboratively and supports each other across various projects, so a team player with excellent communication skills is essential.

You will play a key role in supporting the team with general administrative duties, handling sensitive legal documents, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Duration: Until 10th January 2025

Job Type: Temporary Contract

Location: Sheffield City Centre (Office-Based)

Start Date: ASAP

Background Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing, scanning, and distributing legal documents (e.g., wills, powers of attorney) to relevant teams or external parties.
  • General ad-hoc administrative support for the wider team.
  • Ensuring the correct distribution of legal documents while adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Assisting in the preparation and production of legal documents, ensuring all files are accurate and properly handled.
  • Collaborating with the team on various projects and tasks, with a strong focus on teamwork and mutual support.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
