Experienced Mortgage Advisor - Sheffield

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a leading Sheffield-based estate agency and mortgage brokerage. This role offers the chance to work within a well-established, market-leading financial services environment, providing access to a wide range of lenders and a strong client base.

Our client, a highly reputable estate agency, is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor with several years of experience. While experience within an estate agency setting is preferred, candidates from other financial services backgrounds with the necessary qualifications will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
Managing a high volume of leads and appointments generated by the agency’s established sales team
Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong focus on sales and business development
Staying up to date with the latest mortgage products and industry regulations

Requirements:

Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
A minimum of 12 months of experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking
Estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong IT proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a professional, well-presented demeanor
Highly organised, sales-driven, and customer-focused
A full UK driving license
