We recruit at all levels from board, director and partnership level through to support staff.About the business:Our client are a leading international law firm with excellent presence throughout the UK. They're seeking a Credit Controller to join their busy team and assist in the management of the Firm's debtors whilst maintaining good client relationships.About you:Knowledge of the legal billing would be beneficial but not essental Proficient in Excel and Word Enthusiastic about the role Ideally experienced in account management Consistently produces accurate workIf successful, you will perform the following role as a Credit ControllerAssist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver products and services to meet client objectives and business needs. Assist in Identifying and implementing process improvements that maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in identifying and executing ways to develop and enhance relationships with clients. Daily debt reviews to chase outstanding debt. Liaison with external and internal clients to progress payment of invoices. Handling client queries, escalating if needed Maintaining up to date bad and doubtful debt provisions. Working with the Debt Recovery Team in minimising overdue debt. Account reconciliations to ensure correct allocation of Funds received.
