They are currently on the search for a driven and passionate Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. Based in Sheffield City centre with excellent links to public transport, they also boast an excellent hybrid offering and a great selection of other lifestyle benefits. If you are an experienced Credit Controller who is looking for a position that offers great flexibility in return for a good day's work, this is one for you!Your new roleThis role will include:

  • Proactive phone work to minimise debt and collect payments in line with payment terms.
  • Working towards targets, so experience of achieving KPI's and targets is essential.
  • Handling enquiries to the credit control team with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Perform regular reviews of outstanding debt and accurately record information.
  • Working closely with the Debt Recovery Team to minimise overdue debt.
  • Identifying areas of improvements within the process to increase efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of working in a Credit Control / Accounts Receivable position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to targets and KPI's
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and able to produce accurate work consistently.
  • Flexibility and analytical skills to resolve queries.
