Day-to-day of the role:- Answer incoming calls from the public concerning repair issues, providing timely and accurate information.
- Log all calls and repair requests into the system, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing all queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to streamline service delivery.
- Adhere to all organisational guidelines and policies to maintain service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and information retrieval.
- Empathetic and patient, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.
- Structured working hours (37 hours per week) on a rota basis, hours between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
