Customer Relations Advisor - Sheffield (Office-based, Permanent)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with internal and external customers to provide support and guidance.
  • Assist Field Collection agents with queries and system updates.
  • Carry out regulated debt recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate Court dates, Warrant execution dates, and external contractors.
  • Manage high caseloads, ensuring client targets are met.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent phone manner.
  • Top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail.
