Elevation Recruitment- Business Support Division are recruiting for a Customer Service Account Manager to join a leading manufacturing business on an exclusive basis

As a Customer Service Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service both inbound and outbound calls from both UK and international customers
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner 
  • Process  purchase orders efficiently and accurately
  • To log/investigate customer complaints promptly and provide an efficient solution
  • To arrange logistics and liaise with hauliers
  • To make proactive outbound calls to existing UK customer accounts daily
  • To account manage existing UK customer accounts – providing regular business and delivery updates, by appointment or calls

To be successful in this role you will have experience providing excellent customer service via phone and email, be a team player and be highly organised.
