This role offers full-time hours, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role, particularly within the construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors, is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Available immediately or on a short notice period
