Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and online.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in resolving complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
- Resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a similar role within a busy office environment.
- Knowledge of stock management systems and administrative processes.
- £12 per hour PAYE
