Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and online.
  • Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in resolving complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a similar role within a busy office environment.
  • Knowledge of stock management systems and administrative processes.
