Customer Service Advisor / Office Administrator (Hybrid)

Summary of duties:

  • To deliver a world class customer experience
  • To process volume order requirements swiftly and accurately onto an ERP system, paying close attention to exacting customer requirements
  • Provide information and support to all customers regarding price, availability, products, orders and delivery status
  • Liaising with our commercial, production and logistics teams to support the lifecycle of the customer orders through to delivery
  • Managing the full customer experience including, capturing complaints and identifying business improvements as part of a wider service department
  • Develop your knowledge of our products and processes in order to improve your customer engagement
  • Confidently understand the customer needs and to then deliver their requirements according to company KPI’s and SLA’s
  • To ultimately develop mutually beneficial professional relationships with all customers in order to retain business for the future
  • This role requires a confident decision maker and problem solver that is able to meet both the needs of the customers, as well as the business

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Office based customer service - excellent problem solving skills
  • Sales order processing (desirable)Detail orientated due to the complexities of a technical admin role
  • Internal communication throughout many departments and management
  • Confident IT skills including excel
  • A true collaborator, with a dedicated team spirit that positively impacts others
