 The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Handling inbound calls from existing customers and dealing with queries such as invoice queries, confirmation of dates engineers are attending site, any issues the customer may have
  • Problem solving and ensuring the customer is satisfied
  • Building relationships with customers, engineers and other departments
  • Ensuring the database is up to date with notes and any changes that need amending have been completing
  • Replying to customers via email
  • Ensuring you are delivering a high level of customer service
