Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm with 1 or 2 Saturdays per month
17th February start date
4 month temp contract with the potential to last longer
12.63ph - 13.50ph / weekly pay
Fully remote - equipment provided
Must be able to pass DBS and credit check/no adverse credit will be considered

We are looking for a number of temporary candidates to support our client at this very busy period, the ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services and at least 1 years call centre experience.

What Will The Customer Service Advisor Will Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic environment, engaging in meaningful conversations with customers about their accounts. Whether they're calling to withdraw money, set up a new account, or complete an ISA transfer, you'll be there to support their every need.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer calls, completing basic transactions, and making amendments to savings products.
* Engaging in positive discussions about various financial products.
* Using open-ended questions to understand customers' priorities and future financial plans.
* Identifying and recommending products and services, such as financial planning, retirement options, and savings interest rates, tailored to each customer's unique situation.
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods like ISA Season and Tax Year End.
* Being the first point of contact for customer complaints, conducting investigations, and offering resolutions.
* Supporting customers with vulnerabilities through empathetic conversations and tailored service adjustments.

We're Looking for People With:

* Significant customer service experience, either face-to-face or via telephone.
* Experience in tailoring services to meet diverse customer needs and requirements.
* Strong communication skills, particularly in active listening and effective questioning.
* The ability to remain resilient during busy service periods while maintaining high levels of customer service.
* Experience in adhering to policies, procedures, standards, service level agreements, or targets.
* A genuine curiosity and desire to help and support customers, providing positive experiences and outcomes.
