Back to searchOur client, Sheffield train station (East Midlands Railway), is expecting to be very busy in the lead up to and during the Christmas season and we need some extra help for customer service assistant shifts!  Ideal for students and those looking for some extra cash around Christmas and the New Year! Do you have face to face customer service assistant experience?  Do you enjoy working with the public and assisting them? Would you be happy working on platforms and on the station concourse, helping passengers with their queries about the trains and services, ticket purchasing, platform location, directing them through the station? You will also be required to help passengers on and off trains using the ramps where needed (training provided) and with their baggage also, as well as assisting with any crowd control measures at the most hectic times. Are you a friendly individual with a level head who is able to deliver phenomenal customer service at the busiest times of the year?  Then we want to hear from you for these customer service assistant roles! Starting:   A number of shifts available from Monday 16/12/24 – Saturday 04/01/25 (not Christmas Day or Boxing Day) Pay Rate: £12.07 per hour – paid weeklyHours: Shifts needed vary and include 07:00 – 14:00, 09:00 - 16:00 and 14:00 – 21:00 shifts.  If this Customer Service Assistant role sounds like you then please do apply ASAP!
