I am working with an organisation based in Sheffield who are looking for a number of experienced Customer Service Officers who are passionate about delivering brilliant service, and ensuring customers get the help they need when they need it most
The role is full time, 35 hours per week, and paying 13.14 PAYE p/h + holiday pay. The client is offering 3 month initially as an interim contract with a view of going permanent thereafter. There may be numerous permanent opportunities across the organisation for you to go permanent into.
Interviews will be week commencing 1st July 2024 and the start date will be no later than Monday 29th July 2024.
The organisation is offering fully remote work however if you have technical issues at home you must be able to get into the Sheffield Office.
Full training and equipment will be provided.
A bit about the job:
You will be making outbound calls to existing/past customers who are in receipt of a refund cheque that they have not yet cashed.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to be empathetic towards our customers
- Explain things to customers in a clear & understandable way
- Offer the right solutions and signposting to customers based on their individual needs
