Reed Business Support are incredibly excited to be working with an organisation in South Sheffield in their search for a Service Co-ordinator. Based in S12, this a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a scheduling, works coordination or account management background (or similar) looking for a friendly working environment offering a stable employment and good work-life balance. 

Duties include: 

  • First point of contact for client enquiries by email or telephone
  • Prioritising and logging callouts/service requests, reactive and planned works via our back of house system 
  • Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance, callouts and remedial jobs
  • Planning and managing engineers and installation projects
  • Raising purchase orders for materials for key clients

About you:

  • Be collaborative with colleagues
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Be computer literate
  • Experienced in scheduling works/engineers or similar

Benefits:

  • Salary: £26,000-£29,000 DOE
  • Hours: Full time – 8:00am to 4:30pm. Monday to Friday
  • Holidays: 25 days Holiday (Increased allowance after time served)
  • Pension Scheme
  • Ongoing training to be provided as and when required.
