This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to become part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team on a 2  month contract.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.

Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
    • Provide product information and support to customers
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
    • Log and manage customer interactions in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within software
    • Experience with high volume calls and Live Chat
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
