This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to become part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team on a 2  month contract.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Log and manage customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within software
- Experience with high volume calls and Live Chat
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
