Job Title: Trade Counter Customer Service Advisor Location: SheffieldSalary: 25-30k DOEElevation are working with a successful, family run business who are seeking a confident Trade Counter Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Sheffield. Duties of the the Trade Counter Customer Service Advisor: 

  • Serving customers on the trade counter as well as answering incoming calls, responding to customer queries. 
  • Responding to email queries in a timely manner. 
  • Using ERP/CRM systems to accurately input and update customer details and orders. 
  • General administrative duties including filing, scanning and archiving. 
  • Assisting the sales team with day to day task as well as some lead generation. 
  • Building strong product knowledge. 

Skills and Experience of the Trade Counter Customer Service Advisor: 

  • Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Administrator role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent with ERP/CRM systems
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within the welding or industrial supplies sector is preferred but not essential
