We are recruiting for Collections Advisors in Sheffield to join an existing team on a permanent basis!

Our client works with some of the largest retail, banking and commercial businesses around the UK to help recover overdue debts and arrange payment solutions, helping people clear their debts.

Shifts between 8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday

Salary wise, you can expect a basic salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience) plus a monthly bonus (uncapped) based on your performance, giving you a realistic earning potential of £35,000 + per year

The Role;
  • Making and receiving telephone calls from businesses and individuals to recover debts
  • Handling conversations in a sensitive and professional manner over the telephone
  • Accurate input of data to records on the customer database
  • Following processes and guidelines regarding
  • Working in an open plan, contact centre environment
  • Working to personal and team targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a collections role
  • Clear and confident communications skills
  • Being comfortable working to targets
  • Strong IT skills
  • Happy to make outbound calls
