ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - MENSWEAR BRITISH BRAND 

NEW STORE OPENING - MEADOWHALL 

THE COMPANY:

• It has been making the finest shirts for distinguished customers and royalty.
• The brand is known for its innovation, quality and ambition for growth.
• Mens tailoring, RTW and accessories. 

RESPONSABILITIES: 

• Maximise Sales and the potential of Staff.

• Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems.

• Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures.

• Stock Management.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Solid experience of at least 2 years working in a Supervisor or Team leader position.
• Experience of working within retail. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.
• The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success.
• There is a requirement to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times. 

THE PACKAGE: 

• Basic salary up to £33,000 per annum plus Bonus
