The Company:

Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales performance and staff potential, driving store success.
- Ensure all team members are thoroughly trained and proficient in store systems.
- Support the implementation of new policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
- Oversee effective stock management, ensuring product availability and accuracy.
The Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within retail.
- Strong communication skills, paired with an organized and proactive mindset.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
The Package:
- Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus.
