Are you a digital marketing expert looking for a part-time opportunity where you can take the reins and make a real impact? We're searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on digital strategies and content, and to manage the ongoing development and optimisation of the online presence.

Our client is one of the leading service sector businesses in Sheffield, marketing mainly B2B with some B2C.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with Directors at the organisation to drive branding, lead generation, improve website performance, and ensure all digital communications are strategic, cohesive, and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Website Management: Oversee website content, performance, and development, maintaining relationships with third-party web maintenance and development providers.
  • SEO & Content Optimisation: Create and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic, including technical SEO (e.g., HTML, URL structures, image optimisation).
  • Digital Campaigns: Manage lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other tools to monitor and optimise campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and trends.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and refine conversion rate optimisation strategies and lead/data capture methods to enhance the quality and value of leads.
  • Content Strategy: Ideate, create, and evaluate web content that supports SEO and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work with external consultants and internal stakeholders to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years in a lead generation role with a track record of creating and managing successful digital acquisition strategies.
  • SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimisation, and strategies for improving organic traffic.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to evaluate and optimise performance.
  • Digital Campaign Experience: Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms, plus the ability to optimise campaigns for ROI.
  • Web Management: Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, audits, and development projects.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-Starter: Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
