Position: Trainee Digital PrinterLocation: South YorkshireSalary: £24k - £26k dep on expThe Role:• To effectively run digital presses in line with job specifications and maintain digital press room.• Key Performance Indicators• Accuracy of job production in-line with job specifications• Reduction of reprints, wastage• Press Uptime and maintenance reporting• Ensures all work is produced to highest standard, on time, to expected quality, and to job specifications• Ensure press environment and presses are maintained to expected high level• Ensure presses are kept in working order to expected standards• Ensure all reprints are recorded, monitored and reported• To support Digital Print Supervisor in the general running and upkeep of digital department• To work autonomously in the production of the digital applications• To ensure uptime of presses is kept to highest level possible• To comply with the Company’s Information Security Management System at all times• To comply with all Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all times• To pro-actively participate in the development, operation and improvement of the Company’s Management Systems in relation to their external accreditations and legal obligations, for example, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Health and Safety• To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner at all times• To fulfil the Company’s requirements with regard to the Company’s Management Information Systems at all times• To follow all administrative procedures adopted by the Company at all times
