Rotherham/ Sheffield, UKStart 2024Temporary To Perm£115 - £181 per day Job Description:We seek a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Rotherham/ Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge to enhance student growth, creating engaging lesson plans, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include delivering curriculum, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents.Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in accordance with the correct curriculum.- Prepare students for national assessments and examinations, providing targeted support and guidance as needed.- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their learning journey.- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential.- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students and promote a positive school culture.- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.Skills and Qualifications:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.- The ability to effectively teach a range of subjects.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and are excited about the opportunity to inspire and empower young learners, we encourage you to apply.
