A well-regarded primary school in Sheffield is seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to the development of young children in a dynamic and nurturing learning environment.
What We're Looking For:- A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant or relevant experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Proven experience in supporting the learning and development of children in an EYFS setting.
- A caring, proactive, and energetic approach to working with young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the class teacher and the school community.
- Provide dedicated support to children in EYFS, helping them achieve developmental milestones.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective learning activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and structured activities.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
