A well-regarded primary school in Sheffield is seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to the development of young children in a dynamic and nurturing learning environment.
What We're Looking For:- A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector.
- Proven experience in supporting the learning and development of children in an EYFS setting.
- A caring, proactive, and energetic approach to working with young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the class teacher and the school community.
- Provide dedicated support to children in EYFS, helping them achieve developmental milestones.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective learning activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and structured activities.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
