The Role: Are you passionate about making a difference in a child's life? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a primary school-aged child with complex behavioural needs. This is a long-term role starting as soon as possible.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalized 1:1 support to a child with complex behavioural needs.
  • Implement effective strategies to support the child's learning and behavioural development.
  • Collaborate with the SENDCO and outside agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the child's EHCP.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Desirable experience with ADHD and SEMH.
  • High levels of resilience and patience.
  • Experience working with EHCPs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SENDCO and outside agencies.
