Are you a nurturing, patient, and confident SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a supportive school in Sheffield on a full-time basis, working with a small group of SEND children.

About the Role:
  • Supporting students with SEND in a small group setting, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

  • Providing tailored support to meet individual needs, promoting engagement and progress.

  • Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour with confidence and empathy.

  • Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective strategies.

About You:
  • Prior experience supporting children with SEND, with a strong understanding of their learning challenges.

  • Skilled in behaviour management, able to maintain a calm and positive learning environment.
