We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Sheffield, supporting both mainstream and SEN children. Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group support to children, helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning materials and activities.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere to encourage student confidence.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, including those with SEN.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to student success.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad.
