Sheffield /Hybrid | £40 to £50 per hour (Outside IR35) | Initial 6-month contract

Opportunity:

Ford & Stanley Interim is currently partnered with a specialist design, build, and manufacturing consultancy responsible for many world-first projects.

Specific areas of expertise include the design, build, and manufacture of bespoke solutions within Defence & Aerospace.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in EPLAN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the electrical design for a cutting-edge lifting solution within the defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical designs using EPLAN software.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate design requirements.
• Ensure compliance with defence industry standards and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, ideally within a defence or heavy engineering environment.
• Proficient in EPLAN software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and design principles.
• Must be able to obtain SC / BPSS
