Electrical Estimator Job Overview

This role involves managing estimates for projects up to 1M, covering electrical installations, data systems, CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems on commercial sites. Electrical Estimator Salary & Benefits
- 45,000 - 50,000 DOE
- Working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 4:30
- Company van plus fuel card
- 22 days holiday plus bank

Electrical Estimator Job Requirements
- Electrical engineering experience, including design.
- Proven track record in estimating electrical work.
- ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering (or relevant experience).
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of labour, plant, and material costs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
