A leading custom design and manufacturer is seeking 3-5 experienced Field Service Engineers due to continued growth.
Candidates must have both electrical and mechanical engineering experience, along with previous field-based experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
The role involves servicing, repairing, and supporting industrial equipment, as well as installing and commissioning new equipment.
The position offers a salary with around £15K per year in overtime, working Monday to Friday with one weekend a month, totaling a 40-hour work week.
Benefits include 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, and a private healthcare plan.

If so, read on. Our client is a leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products to a wide range of clients across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit 3- 5 experienced Field Service Engineers to join their team. This role is responsible for the service, repair and support of a range of Industrial equipment. Main Responsibilities:

Servicing, Maintaining and repairing Industrial equipment
Installing and commissioning of new equipment
Speaking directly to clients and handling complaints
Fault finding, diagnosing and technical problem-solving of electromechanical equipment
Field-based, travelling the UK and Ireland

Skills & Experience:

Must have experience in Electrical and Mechanical engineering
Must have previous experience as a Field based position
Previous experience in Industrial or commercial workplace
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues
A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
A flexible approach to hours worked, including some weekends
Willingness to travel UK
Clean full UK Driving License

Additional Information:

Please note the Head office is based in Banbury but the role will cover the entire UK
Around £15K a year in overtime
Working hours Monday to Friday and one weekend a month, this is a 40-hour working week
25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
