Once training is complete, your role will report into the Installation and Technical Support Manager and will include the following duties: -Install large automated equipment worldwide at 6 weeks at a time. -Whilst working away, you will work across Monday to Sunday with one rest day. -The standard hours are 47.5 hours per week and you will be paid for travel and compensated for rest during the working week. -Overtime is paid on a lieu system where 15 days are retained by the company for adequate rest time between trips. You will have the option to be paid for any hours over this on a monthly basis (Mon to Friday overtime paid at a rate x1 and Saturday and Sunday paid at x1.5)The Person Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds in electrical you will have experience in the following: -Previous experience doing installation work in the commercial sector.-It is essential you hold a valid MEWP licence.-Ability to interpret installation design plans (CAD)-Excellent technical knowledge of automation.-Willingness to travel abroad for 6 weeks+ at a time. -Candidates with PLC experience will be at a distinct advantage.-French and German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
