We are currently working with a well established facilities maintenance company who are on the search for a multi skilled maintenance engineer covering mechanical and electrical work.
Package:
- Competitive salary up to 40,000
- Company van
- Paid Travel
- Overtime paid 40hrs+
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Standard pension
Responsibilities:
- 2 days in Manchester covering commercial offices
- 3 days in Nottingham covering a large manufacturing site
- Carrying out PPM, reactive and install works for both HVAC and electrical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/Electrical system issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment or components
- Test HVAC systems
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Covering commercial and domestic portfolio
- Working as part of a new, growing team
Requirements
- Ideal candidate would be based in Sheffield, Manchester, or Nottingham
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician/Electrical
- Electrical Qualifications and F-Gas
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC system
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and refrigeration principles
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Full clean licence and driving record
