Position for a Principal Electrical Engineer offering diverse project exposure within a multi-disciplinary electrical management specialist.
This would suit a Principal Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power systems and a demonstrable understanding of arc flash hazards and mitigation strategies. We are also considering applications from people with a keen interest in moving into this but need to hold a chartered status.
The company are a well-recognised Electrical consultancy specialist providing best practice and safe management of risks for all electrical works. This includes covering electrical systems design and build, onsite consulting, advice, electrical training and project management.
This role will involve consulting on engineering and safety systems/management, including arc flash risk assessments, protective device coordination, and the development of comprehensive safety programs. Manage consultancy team with reviews, conduct and BAU activities. Travelling and overnight stays will be part of this position.

* Carrying out short circuit, protection, load-flow and arc flash studies
