Electrical Estimator Job Overview
A reputable electrical and mechanical company is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team. This role involves managing estimates for projects up to £1M, covering electrical installations, data systems, CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems on commercial sites. Electrical Estimator Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 4:30
- Company van plus fuel card
- 22 days holiday plus bank

Electrical Estimator Job Requirements
- Electrical engineering experience, including design.
- Proven track record in estimating electrical work.
- ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering (or relevant experience).
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of labour, plant, and material costs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
