Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate competitive pricing.
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure precise and timely tender submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid background in electrical engineering and estimating.
- Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
- ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of industry labour, material, and equipment costs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
