Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a chemical manufacturer based in Sheffield to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader.Salary:£49,370Hours: Monday-Friday days and afters (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)

The Electrical Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for team of Maintenance Engineers focussed on reducing downtime, improving plant performance, and driving long-term reliability.Duties of the Electrical Maintenance Team Leader will include:

  • Minimise plant downtime and diagnose and remedy equipment
  • Provide Technical support and guidance to the Engineering Team
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability
  • Ensure all plant and equipment adhere to all relevant legislation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

We are keen to speak with Electrical Maintenance Team Leader / Electrical Maintenance Supervisors with the following:

  • Engineering Degree qualified
  • Apprentice trained in a relevant vocation
  • Proven experience in a similar hazardous environment 
  • Regulatory understanding, including country specific legislation, PSSR, LOLER, PUWER, SEVESO/COMAH
  • Working knowledge of ATEX and DSEAR
