We are seeking an Electrician to work on social housing properties in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
This temporary contract has the potential to become permanent, with a salary ranging from £25 to £27 per hour.
Candidates should have at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and the 18th edition qualification, along with social housing experience.
The role involves remedial work, including installing extractor fans, lighting, and sockets, and includes a call-out rota.
A van and fuel card will be provided, and there are opportunities for call-outs and professional development.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across the Yorkshire & surrounding. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

Hourly rate £25 - £27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call outs and development

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Remedial work in social housing properties across the East Midlands
Extractor fans, lighting, sockets
Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th edition
Social housing experience
