Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair dual fuel systems (gas & electricity) across residential and commercial properties.
- Complete safety checks, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues and solutions to clients clearly and professionally.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Complete accurate paperwork and reports as required.
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified and Gas Safe registered Dual Fuel Engineer with relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems and their installation/repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Full UK driving license and own transport.
- A professional and proactive approach to work.
