Are you ready to show your assembly skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment? The Best Connection is recruiting for dedicated electronic assembler our client in Sheffield S20, offering a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Details:

Location: Sheffield S20 area
Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30
Pay: £11.44 per hour (increasing significantly after probation)
Duration: 12 weeks temporary to permanent

The Role:

You will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical/electronic equipment to the highest standards, following SOPs and schematic drawings. Your role includes diagnosing quality issues using fault-finding techniques, supporting new product introductions, and adhering to health & safety regulations. Flexibility to assist in other duties as required is essential.

  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
  • Meeting efficiency targets
  • Minimising rework levels

Key Duties:

  • Assemble items per specifications with minimal scrap/rework
  • Conduct thorough quality checks before product sign-off
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies
  • Housekeeping, ensuring a tidy and clean working area.
  • Hitting efficiency targets.
