Key Responsibilities:

Electronic Design: Lead electronic design elements of a variety of projects.
Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management: Develop and implement detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of system-level engineering projects, including electronics, hardware, firmware, and software.
Specification Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create engineering specifications based on customer requirements and market insights.
Progress Tracking: Set priorities, track project progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

Strong background in electronics design and development.
Proven experience in electronics leadership, management or team leading
