Elevation HR are delighted to be partnering with one of our established Manufacturing businesses in Sheffield who are now looking for an experienced Reward Partner to deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits service to its employees.

This position comes with a generous salary package, including a discretionary bonus and offers hybrid working with a host of other fantastic benefits!

The role will be responsible for delivering a range of annual compensation activities ensuring the business attracts, retains and develops talent, ensuring the connection between performance and reward. Critically the role will truly partner with both HR and business stakeholders to ensure Reward is implemented successfully within the business.

Key responsibilities of the Reward Specialist are:

  • Lead on annual cyclical reward and benefits activities, including annual reviews and renewals as well as pay and benefits
  • Work collaboratively with providers and senior stakeholders to ensure competitive best practices and providing advice and support when needed
  • Manage third party relationships e.g benefits providers, pensions administrator
  • Data analysis, offering in depth reporting on BAU reward activities as well as project progression, making recommendations for improvements
  • Manage the job evaluation and pay benchmarking process (Willis Towers Watson desirable)
  • Support a variety of different projects in order to progress the reward activities successfully

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience within Reward and Benefits facilitation
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong people and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and influence all level of stakeholder
  • Strong commercial focus with excellent problem solving skills
  • Project management support experience
  • Solid data and IT literacy, (including advanced excel) with a clear and concise communication style and the ability to share technical knowledge and data analysis results
