Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Salary: 27k+

I'm currently looking for an ambitious graduate to join a large multi-disciplinary team in Sheffield as a part of their ground engineering division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career through hands-on experience in site investigations, data analysis, and report preparation. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, contributing to a variety of projects across different sectors. Allowing for a great mix of experience early on in your career, with a view to specialise once you have gained the relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing geotechnical and geo-environmental site investigations.
  • Conduct soil and groundwater sampling and logging.
  • Analyse geotechnical data and prepare interpretative reports.
  • Support the design and implementation of remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects.
