Salary: £14,799.00
Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for their Sheffield property. This is a part-time position working 4 days a week.
The Assistant Manager will be an integral part of the existing property team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This fast-paced role requires excellent planning and reactive skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Promote bookings and drive sales to ensure maximum occupancy
- Implement innovative ideas to boost bookings
- Manage the debt process on-site and support the team in collecting rent and managing potential debt
- Coordinate room inspections
- Oversee deposit returns and prepare the property for summer business and new residents in September
- Ensure smooth operations during the Summer Turnaround period and maintain high levels of customer service
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of the team and residents.
Assistant Manager Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous sales and management experience
- Excellent skills in motivating a team and meeting targets
- The ability to plan effectively and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in debt management
- Previous experience in student accommodation or hospitality management
