Executive Assistant Overview

We are a leading wholesale insurance broker providing niche insurance products and tailored services for brokers, broker networks, and IFAs. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level confidential support to our Managing Director and assist in various areas of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level confidential support to the Managing Director
  • Maintain effective planning and administrative systems
  • Provide MI and analysis as requested
  • Support underwriting and compliance activities
  • Manage system updates and training development
  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls
  • Proactively manage and coordinate activities, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist in sales support and production of monthly reporting and analysis
Qualifications
  • Experience in providing high-level administrative support
  • Ability to forward plan and manage a busy diary
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
Day-to-day
  • Providing high-level support to the Managing Director
