The Executive Assistant will handle all organisational responsibilities, mainly for the CEO but also other C suite executives on an ad-hoc basis.
 Duties & Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Complex diary management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences, while efficiently prioritising conflicting demands
- Arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Act as a liaison for internal/external stakeholders - handling correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and discretion
- Email/inbox management
- Perform general administrative tasks including facilities / office supplies, expense tracking, and general office management duties
- Prepare meeting documentation and take accurate meeting minutes
We would love to hear from Executive Assistant candidates with the following skills & experience:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders at executive level
- Experience with complex diary and travel organisation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and take the lead
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills
- Minute taking and document management
