As the Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing top-tier administrative and organizational support. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team, including diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
- Prepare, review, and manage critical documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the executive team is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Support in ad hoc projects, research, and reporting as required.
Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
