We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Directors in this busy and growing business.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisation and administrative skills, demonstrating a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This Personal Assistant role requires a professional who is able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe is essential as is experience with document management and preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to certain Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and monitor executive inbox
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Manage corporate expenditure and services
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
  • Working closely with and assisting other PAs and Executive Assistants

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential.
  • A focus on attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programmes and Adobe PDF is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work well as part of a team.
